Devils Sign Carrier To AHL Contract

The Albany Devils of the American Hockey League have signed former Val-D'or Foreur right winger Alexandre Carrier to an AHL Contract, according to Carrier's twitter account.
Carrier tweeted last Wednesday the following... "@AHLcontract with the AHL"
Carrier, 21, played three seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Foreurs, recording eight goals and 20 assists in 141 career games between 2008 and 2011.
Last season the native of St-Elzear-de-Beauce, Que, played for the EC Salzburg in Austria, playing most of the season with their RBHRC U20 farm team.
