The Truro Bearcats and Dieppe Commandos announced a trade.

The Bearcats traded the rights to Moncton Wildcat center Erik Robichaud to the Commandos for the rights to Cape Breton Screaming Eagle left winger Dany Potvin.

In 57 games with the Wildcats last season, Robichaud recorded eight goals and four assists along with a -13 rating and 22 penalty minutes while Potvin notched eighteen goals and nine assists for 27 points in 58 games for the Screaming Eagles.
