Beck, Paul and Bonneau Join Rocket Staff

The P.E.I. Rocket announced on Friday morning the hiring of a second assistant coach, a new sales and marketing director, as well as a Rocket Alumni who will be working as a  team ambassador for the summer.

The first announcement was the  hiring of Luke Beck as the teams second assistant coach. The native of Charlottetown, PEI, during his playing years played for the Charlottetown Abbies of the Maritime Junior Hockey League before moving on to play for the SUNY-Potsdam (State University of New York Athletic) of the NCAA. Beck will also be the teams Hockey Administrator.

The Rocket also announced the hiring of Tyrone Paul as the teams Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Paul who currently lives in the community of Murray River, PEI has had success in sales and marketing during the last seven years.

Finally, the Prince Edward Island club announced that Rocket Alumni, Jimmy Bonneau will join the team on a part-time bases as the teams ambassador in the community for summer 2012. The native of Baie-Comeau, Que, was one of the Rocket's All-time favorites, playing one season with the Former Montreal Rocket and two seasons in P.E.I. .
